the sun has gone to bed....

and i am STILL in the lab!!! booooooooooooo. seriously, i just watched a beautiful sunset from the window of my 5th floor lab. it made for an interesting contrast. creation at its finest outside and me trying to dissect creation inside. well, currently i am waiting for 13 more minutes for my cells to stain, then i proceed to wash them 3 times each for 10 minutes. so that adds up to at least 43 more minutes, but that is not all. then i have to take these little cells which are all stuck to 12 different cover slips and mount them onto 12 different slides. i have no idea how long this will take, considering i am a beginner probably a good 20 minutes. but the exciting news is at the end i get to use finger nail polish to seal the deal. i know i can do that.
as i sit here waiting and being hungry, i am regretting choosing to snooze until 8:30 this morning. had i gotten myself to the lab before 9:30, maybe i would be done by now. o well. on another note, can i please share once again how stinking amazingly God created you!!! i mean, down to transcription much of life is VERY complicated and i LOVE to here my teachers say how amazingly complicated it is and then with the next breath say that how it evolved to this complexity is unknown. hahah. praise the Lord He made it so gloriously complex that scientists cant know it all. i myself want to know it all, but i too know that me knowing all makes calling me god a lot easier. praise Jesus that i need Him. that i cant see what is down the road. that i must trust. i love that He is teaching me so much about who He is from transcription. isnt that crazy?
